LINHAI POWERSPORTS NAMES SPORTSMAN COUNTRY ITS EXCLUSIVE

DISTRIBUTOR IN US

The leading Chinese UTVs and ATVs manufacturer, Linhai Powersports USA Corporation, the US subsidiary

of Jiangsu Linhai Power Machinery Group Corp. (hereafter “LINHAI”) and Massimo Motor Sports, LLC have

entered into an exclusive distribution agreement in US. Effective on November 6, 2017, Linhai’s ATVs and UTVs

in the USA will be exclusively distributed via Sportsman Country’s platform, which currently carries the Massimo

and Bennche brands.

Established in 1956, Linhai is China’s largest ATV manufacturer and export with annual

production of more than 1 million vehicles and power equipment. Since 1994, Linhai established a joint venture

with Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd in China. 

Massimo Motor Sports is a US manufacturer of ATVs and UTVs. To maintain

the highest quality and performance of Linhai products, Massimo will be assembling all Linhai products in its

330,000 sqft manufacturing facility in Garland TX.

Sportsman Country is a joint venture between Massimo and Bennche.

On this platform, Sportsman Country can provide dealers with high quality and profitable UTVs and ATVs

products. Our products and services include floor plan, retail financing, online parts ordering system, technical

support and account management to help dealers grow their businesses.

Sportsman Country will carry Linhai products underLinhai brand and all existing Linhai dealers in the USA

will be serviced and maintained by Sportsman Country.
